We have a specialised Dinky Warrior programme for little ones from about 4-7yrs old. These classes are specifically geared to that age group and teaches them in a fun environment. The focus of this class is teaching basics in a fun manner and classes are aimed at improving balance, pro-prioception, agility, crossing the mid-line, memory sequence, co-ordination,  pliometrics and following instr-uctions among other things.
